I say guidance because The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) in Georgia states "Personal trainers should not develop bespoke individualized nutrition plans for clients." Therefore, I give minimal nutritional advice including healthy nutrition-dense food options, foods and habits to try and to try to avoid, and caloric estimates based on your TDEE (energy burned) to help accomplish your fitness goals.
Define a goal and work to accomplish that goal. My design will find you wherever you're at and get you where you want to be. Programs are typically 4-6 weeks long and in most cases, progress is seen after two program cycles or 8 weeks. To develop programs I do fitness assessments to find your point A on vitals, body measurements, corrective exercise, flexibility, max strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular endurance to help you get to your point B.
