All About Me

Greetings my name is James Monroe III. My passion for fitness came about through my love for the game of football. I grew up watching the game and have played formally since I was 13. I played running back at North Clayton High and LaGrange College. I now play professional arena football for the Columbus lions. In May 2021, I received my bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Business. I was born in Gainesville, FL and have lived in Georgia since I was 12 years old. I have two dogs ones a retriever mix and the other a husky. In my free time, I enjoy playing my PS5, riding my dirt bike, playing cards and board games, watching movies, springing time with family, and entertainment.
